Job Training & Placement

8 WCDC members providing job training and placement services reported a total of 4,895 clients, with 4,254 completing the program, with an 87% completion rate. Of this number, 1,265, or 29.7%, were placed in permanent jobs. The average hourly wage was $10.83, which translates into annual compensation of $21,660. It should be noted that a significant number of the clients are formerly-incarcerated individuals, and others who have challenges finding employment.
